SUGAR DETOX DRINKS

These sugar-detox drinks don’t contain any sugar and you can consume them on a daily basis.

In a jar with water add some fresh rosemary or mint, oranges, blueberries, grapefruits or strawberries.

You can drink some herbal or green tea 3 times a day.
